After the viewing download an application form here and return to us via email. Please remember to include a copy of your ID either passport or drivers licence. We will contact you once this is received to advise what further action is required.
All tenants will be required to pay 4 weeks bond (this is lodged with the Tenancy Services at the start of the tenancy). And the first weeks rent in advance.
The tenant will be responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy including the gardens and grounds unless advised otherwise.
The tenant will be required to inform the Property Manager of any maintenance issues that may arise during the tenancy.
We are looking for great quality tenants who enjoy living in a well cared for and superior home.
