Free Rental Appraisals - we would love to meet you and your property!
Tenant Selection - All tenants are referenced using a full background and credit check plus previous Landlord and Employment checks to ensure that only the best applicants are selected.
We have a proven record and experience in finding great tenants!
Zero Rent Arrears - all rents are monitored daily to ensure arrears are minimum or dealt with immediately.
Landlords need their properties maintained to increase their return and lower their vacancies with great quality tenants who enjoy staying for a longer-term in a home that has been cared for and is a superior home.
Property inspections are carried out at the start and end of every tenancy and during the tenancy every 3 months this is generally what is required under a landlords insurance. A detailed report and photographs will then be sent with any issues highlighted.
An absolute minimum period of vacant time between tenancies. Often we have a tenant vacate one day and the new tenants move in the next day.
From the initial contact, arranging tenants, lodging bonds, inspections, maintenance, rent collection, renewals and change of tenants - We arrange everything!
