We are now in COVID19 Level 1. Viewings and routine inspections will be carried out using the Government guidelines around health and safety. Viewings can take place and an application form does not have to be completed prior to a viewing.
Alert Level 1
Under Alert Level 2, open home viewings can still take place – they just need to be managed more carefully.
The OPC have confirmed that viewings should be allowed for all prospective tenants before they complete applications and are vetted.

INFORMATION FOR LANDLORDS

How do we handle tenant arrears?
A tenant is required to pay their rent and advise their Property Managers as soon as they for see any problems, i.e loss of income. They will be directed to the work and income website to get financial help.
We must continue to do our jobs; however, we must be considerate, compassionate and understand that everyone is struggling. We will keep you updated should we need to in these challenging times
