Lyn Hopkins

The story so far…

Lyn was born in Wellington and now lives in Hamilton with her husband and daughter who is studying at Waikato University and an expanding family in New Zealand and Australia.

She has worked in Property Management both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom for the past 19 years. With a strong background in administration and organisational skills and a passion for the Property Industry.

After returning from 15 years in Residential Property Management in the United Kingdom Lyn has spent the last three years working in the Waikato and Auckland areas as a Senior Property Manager and completing her Level 4 Certificate in NZ Residential Property Management.

Now stepping out on her own which gives her the flexibility to mould her skills to your individual needs. With a strong belief that every Landlord has different requirements a better and unique service can be achieved giving both the landlord and tenants an excellent service, with less hassles, longer term tenants and better maintained properties.
